Satay Sauce

Satay Sauce


  • 100g peanut butter

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sukrin or brown sugar

  • 2 tsp curry paste

  • 280ml coconut cream

  • pinch salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently.

  • Can be used as a dipping sauce or add to a stir fry just before serving.
